Progressive Therapy Services is located 0.9 miles south of Bow Junction (the intersection of I-93 and I-89), on Route 3A in Bow, NH. Our physical therapy office is in the back of the building in a multi-disciplinary setting next to the Muscular Wellness Institute and Feet First. A large SIGN POST marking a dozen or more other businesses in the building is visible near the road side. The street number is not obvious on the building, so follow the directions listed below.

* NOTE: Please do not put our Bow address in GPS. It will send you 4 miles past/before the location depending on where you come from.

From North of Concord, NH

• I-93 S toward CONCORD
• Take the RT-3A S exit, EXIT 12S, toward BOW JCT.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto RT-3A/S MAIN S.T
• Proceed through first stop light (junction I-89)
• 9/10s of a mile on the left is 783 ROUTE 3A. (after a "no passing zone" triangular sign).

  Parking is located in the rear or right side of the upper building.
